We have just returned from the Princess (9/1/2012) having spent 2 weeks there. Our 5th visit and 3rd over Xmas/Newyear. I went to fuerteventura for a family holiday and it was great. Beautiful warm pool, great food, and friendly staff. Theres a regular bus thats very handy and close which takes you into the main jandia town. submarine trip, zoo, and boat trips are a must when soaking up the warm sun. more

This was our 10th visit to this hotel. As past customers we emailed ahead asking for a high floor with sea view and double bed. None of our requests were granted. The staff had a couldn't careless attitude. Extra pillows took 5 phone calls and a trip to reception. Food was very poor, cold poor choice and often dirty plates.... more
