Port Nature Studios and Apartments (PN)

The long Y-shaped Port Nature apartment building extends inland from the sea and is split into eight sections (called Collines) with number 1 at the beach end and number 8 close to the port. We can offer small studios and apartments for up to six people. Both standard and superior accommodation is available. Most has a balcony or terrace.

Port Nature Villas (PNV)

Port Nature ‘villas’ sleep 4-5 people. They have a living area, equipped kitchen area, shower room and a garden or terrace. Standard ‘villas’ have a sleeping area for two plus bunks and sofabeds. Superior ‘villas’ have a bedroom for two with sofabed(s) in the living area.

Heliopolis (H)

The horseshoe-shaped Heliopolis building is split into sections which are named alphabetically. Sections C, D, O and AB are closest to the beach whereas, F, G and H are further away, situated over shops. Both standard and superior apartments for up to six people are available, most with balcony or terrace.

Helio-Village (HV)

Helio-Village ‘villas’ sleep up to six people although this would be a squeeze. They have a mezzanine sleeping area for two under the eaves which is not suitable for tall people and accessed by small steep steps. There is a further sleeping area and sofabeds downstairs plus a kitchenette and small garden areas to front and rear.

Port Soleil (PS)

Favoured because of its quieter aspect and own swimming pool (available to use free of charge to residents), Port Soleil is also the location of the Peng Clubhouse and Office. We can offer apartments on the ground floor for up to six people in this five-storey building. The ground floor apartments have their own small garden.

Port Venus Villas (PVV)

There are around 30 one bedroom ‘villas’ laid out in short rows to the side of the Port Venus apartment building in front of the marina. Each has a bedroom with double bed, living/dining area with double sofabed, kitchenette, shower room, wc and terrace.

Port Ambonne (PA)

Port Ambonne has its own swimming pool (payable). We can offer one bedroom apartments for up to six people on the four upper floors of this semi-circular building. The apartments all have a bedroom with double bed plus additional sofabeds in the living area. Some (but not all) apartments have access to a lift.

Bed Configuration in Studios and Apartments
Studios have either a double bed, two singles or a sofabed in the living area. Larger apartments will generally have a bedroom or cabine with bed(s) for two people plus further bed(s) or sofabed in the living area. Please advise us of the bed configuration you require at the time of booking and we will reserve an appropriate apartment for you or discuss with you the options available.

Accommodation Codes
The prefix (PN, H, PS, HV, PV or PA) indicates the location. The number advises the maximum occupancy of the accommodation. The final letter tells you in which general direction the apartment faces (N for North, S for South etc and P is marina-facing). The sea is east.
Example: a PN2N is a Port Nature studio for two people, facing north.

PNV4 Port Nature Villa

Terraced villa with small garden. Room divider between living/dining area. Double bed in living area, bunk beds in 'cabine'.

PN2N Port Nature Studio

Located on the first floor in Collines 1&2. These studios have a living/dining area with a sofa-bed, kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and wc.

PN2S Port Nature Studio

Located on the ground floor in Colline 2 or the third and fourth floor of Collines 6-8. These studios have a living/dining area with a sofabed or two single beds, kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and wc.

PN2+ Port Nature Superior Studio

Located in Collines 2, 3, 6 & 8. These are superior studios having been totally renovated. The large living/dining area have a fold-away double bed or double sofa-bed and a kitchenette with 4-ring hob, microwave oven and a bathroom with shower and wc. Some of the studios have a dishwasher.

PN3N Port Nature Studio

Located on the first floor, mainly in Colline 3. These studios have a living/dining area with a sofa-bed and an additional bunk bed, kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and wc.

PN3S Port Nature Studio

Located on the ground floor in Collines 3 & 4. These studios have a living/dining area with a sofa-bed or two single beds and an additional bunkbed at high level. There is a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and wc.

PN4S/P Port Nature Studio

PN4S - Located on the second, third and fourth floor of Collines 1-5. These studio apartments have a living/dining area with a double sofa-bed plus bunk-beds in a cabine, kitchenette, shower, wc. Some have a further double bed insead of bunks.

OR

PN4S-PN4P - Located in Collines 6-8. These studio apartments have a living area with tuck-away double bed plus two bunk beds in cabine, kitchenette and bathroom with shower and wc.

PN4+ Port Nature Superior One Bedroom Apt

Located on the first floor in Collines 2-4. These superior one-bedroom apartments have a living/dining area with double sofa-bed and a kitchenette. There is a separate bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan and a bathroom with shower and wc.

PN5P Port Nature One Bedroom Apt

Located in Colline 5. These one-bedroom apartments have a living/dining area with double sofa-bed and a kitchenette. There is a separate bedroom with double bed and a single bed in cabine as well as a bathroom with shower and wc.

PN6 Plus Superior Two Bedroom Apt

Located on the second floor in Collines 5&7. These superior two-bedroom apartments have a living/dining area with double sofa-bed and a kitchenette. There are two separate bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds or bunk beds as well as a bathroom with shower and wc.

PN4V+ Port Nature Superior Villa

These superior one-bedroom ‘villas’ have a living/dining area with double sofa-bed and a kitchenette. There is a separate bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan and a bathroom with shower and wc. Some ‘villas’ have air-conditioning. They have a terrace with patio furniture.

H4S Heliopolis Studio

Located on the third and fourth floors in block C, D, L, AB and second floor in block E. These studios are similar to H4N.

H4+ Heliopolis Superior One Bedroom Apartment

Located on the ground and first floors in blocks C, D, E, O and AB. These superior one-bedroom apartments have a living/dining area with double sofa-bed and a kitchenette. There is a separate bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan and a bathroom with shower and wc. Some apartments have air-conditioning, dishwasher and satellite TV.

H5S Heliopolis Studio

Located on the first and second floors in blocks D, E, AB. These studios have a living/dining area with fold-away double bed and single bed and a kitchenette. There are bunk beds in a cabine and a bathroom with shower/bath, bidet (usually) and a separate wc.

HV6TI - Helio Villa

This fully equipped terraced villa has a living/dining area with fold-away double bed, a mezzanine with double bed and bunk beds in cabine, kitchenette, shower room with bidet, separate wc and terrace or garden.

PS6 Port Soleil One Bedroom Apartment

Located on the ground floor. These one-bedroom apartments have a living/dining area with a double sofa-bed and a kitchenette. There is a separate bedroom with double bed and bunk beds in cabine, a bathroom with bath, shower and wc as well as a conservatory/terrace.

PV4V Port Venus One Bedroom Villa

This fully equipped terraced villa has a living/dining area with double sofa-bed, a bedroom with double bed, a kitchenette, a shower room with wc, and a terrace.

PA4 Port Ambonne One Bedroom Apt

Located on the first, second and third floors. These one-bedroom apartments have a living/dining area with a double sofa-bed and a kitchenette. There is a separate bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and wc.

PA4+ Port Ambonne Superior One Bedroom Apt

Similar to PA4 but with decor and furnishings of a superior standard.

CS4V - Cap Sauvage Villa

A recently renovated duplex villa, smartly furnished. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and further sleeping area with bunk-beds. Downstairs there is a large living/dining area, kitchenette, wet room with wc and furnished covered terrace.
