Sights & Excursions

Costa Natura is well placed for a wide range of excursions. Public buses to Estepona and Marbella stop outside the resort. Cars may be hired from reception on a daily basis and is recommended for sightseeing, shopping and eating out.

Local Markets
The market in Estepona is held on Wednesdays and Sundays. Further afield, there is a local market in the area every day.

Jerez
See the world famous Spanish Dancing Horses show or do some shopping and sightseeing before a visit to the Sherry Bodega for some wine tasting.

Seville
See the majestic Plaza de Espana, La Giralda, and the Cathedral, the largest in the world, with free time to explore this lovely city.

Granada
Visit the Cathedral, the beautiful Generalife gardens and the wonderful Alhambra Palace.

Tangiers
Perfect for a day trip by hydrofoil; see the Caves of Hercules, do some shopping in the souk and visit the Kasbah in this old Moroccan town (passport required, and visa for non-EU nationals).

Gibraltar
In sight of Costa Natura, Gibraltar is as popular as ever with day visitors keen to pick up duty-free bargains. This tour of the Rock takes in St Michael’s Cave and the Upper Rock and Barbary Apes before free time for some shopping.

Fuengirola Market & Mijas
A morning’s shopping at the Tuesday market in Fuengirola, or a visit the Fuengirola Zoo and then onto the delightful mountain village of Mijas.
