We have arranged a special travel insurance scheme underwritten by by Ace Insurance (www.acegroup.com) the full details of which are shown in our insurance Policy Document which you may view online at www.pengtravel.co.uk or request a hard copy from us.

In Summary the cover offered by our policy is as follows:

• Medical Expenses Up to £2,500,000
• In Patient Benefit Up to £200
• Criminal Injuries Benefit Up to £5,000
• Personal Liability Up to 2,000,000
• Personal Accident Up to £30,000
• Cancelation or Curtailment Up to £5,000
• Delayed Departure or Arrrival Up to £100
• Hijack of aircraft Up to £3,000
• Failure of Transport Connections Up to £500
• Personal Effects (inc cash) Up to £2,000 (Valuables limit total = £350)
• Passport and Visas Up to £250
• Temporary Baggage Loss Up to £100

It is important that you read the Policy Document carefully before electing to purchase this insurance to ensure that you are happy with the cover provided, as our insurance is provided on a Non Advised basis from a single insurer. The Policy Document also contains details of your insurance cancellation rights and full details of how to make a claim. Our prices per person for this insurance cover are as follows

These premiums include the Government imposed Insurance Premium tax (2012 – 20%). Please note that cover is excluded for any pre-existing medical condition of those travelling or those persons upon whom travel depends such as a close relative, but cover may be granted (subject to an increased premium) if you refer your condition to the medical helpline. Please contact the medical screening help line by telephone on 0844 826 2686 quoting reference peng and discuss your condition in confidence before booking. An additional premium may be levied for certain medical conditions.

Over 75 - there are no age limits for our insurance but if you are aged over 75 you must be travelling with the approval of your General Practitioner. You must also let us know in order that we may charge you the appropriate premium in order to validate the insurance.
